Twin and Solo Press Configuration
The GT-1011 is available with as standard with a solo platen, or twin platens for high output application.

Wide Application
The GT-1011 is an ideal machine for sublimation, transfer or flex and flock process on one large item or several smaller ones in a single press. The GT-1011 is safe and reliable so you can use it to print just one item, use it for a single shift, or run it continuously for mass production.

With a large format GT press you can transfer on to a wide range of materials including textiles, aluminum and steel sheets, MDF-board, and much more – and it doesn’t matter whether your material is thick or thin because the GT-Series is the only large scale heat press to have a height adjustable bottom plate to accommodate it all.  A maximum adjustment of 125 mm between base and heat platen makes it easy to use positioning devices, or to print thick materials.

Fast and Easy Installation
The GT-1011 can be set-up without expert installers and printing in just a few hours.  Of course we’re happy to help if you’d like a Colour Components technician to carry out the installation for you.

Quality Parts and Manufacture
The first class materials and heat elements used in GT-Series presses guarantee a perfectly uniform surface of the heat platen, and absolutely even heat distribution during the whole operation.  High-quality cast aluminium plates provide the perfectly smooth surface required for even pressure distribution and are subjected to thermal treatment to prevent plate distortion even after many years of heavy use.

When designing large format heat presses it is important to incorporate features which enable you to process even large orders tirelessly.  To ensure efficient operation the GT-Series uses smooth-running bearings, ergonomically designed press levers that require minimum physical force by the operator, and easy to use conveniently placed instruments and operating elements. Hand protection and excellent heat insulation guarantee safe working operation of the press and piece of mind for you and your staff.

Warranty
Schuster offer a lifelong warranty on the frame, 5 years on the mechanics and 2 years warranty on the electrical system and on all other parts.
